Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@studiopatron.mom. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please promptly inspect your order upon reception.

If any of the items are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@studiopatron.mom with a description of the issue, along with any photos of the item in question and the shipping box to help us better understand what’s going on.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized items, dated planners, engaged pens (such as a fountain pen that has been fully inked or cartridge inserted), perishable goods (such as food), and personal care goods (such as bath & body products).

Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, send us an email at hello@studiopatron.mom.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at hello@studiopatron.mom.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs to return your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
