COVID-19 Updates

Monday, March 23

Hello everyone,

We’re sure you’ve heard the news about Governor Baker’s order to close all non-essential businesses until April 7th. This is a time of rapid changes, and we want to make sure all of our customers, students and staff are safe. We are making the following amendments to our plans:

  • Atelier will be rescheduling all classes through April 7, and offering class credit to those who are unsure of their schedules. Further changes will be made as necessary.
  • The shop will be closed until further notice.

Despite our extended closures, we remain dedicated to fostering positivity and inspiration in our community. Keep an eye on our social media and website in the upcoming weeks for some exciting announcements.

We’ll get through this together: physically distant, but socially connected.

All the best,
The Paper Mouse team

Dear friends,

In light of recent information about the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to reach out to update you on the status of our shop and event space.

The team at The Paper Mouse cares deeply about the safety and comfort of our customers. We have decided to take a proactive stance and close the shop from Monday, March 16 until Monday, March 30. In addition, we will be rescheduling all classes at Atelier taking place through March 30. We understand how disappointing cancellations can be, but believe it is important to do our part to promote public health.

We will be offering alternative class dates to any students who are signed up for classes during this period. We’ll be contacting these students shortly with additional details. We will also be in touch with anyone who has scheduled a private event at Atelier during this time about available options.

We know our community is feeling a great deal of uncertainty and concern at this time. The Paper Mouse team will be doing our best to stay positive and creative in all the ways we can. Keep an eye on our social media pages for a little creative love in the coming weeks! We are so appreciative of our loyal customers and our wonderful community. We encourage everyone to stay hopeful, positive, and above all, safe.

Thank you,
The Paper Mouse staff

FAQs

You do not! This online counter is here so that you can track your progress in line and return when your number is about to be called. We encourage you to take a look around our shop and West Newton Square while you wait.

Unfortunately not. In order to keep the lines flowing, we ask that all members of a group be present to request their own ticket.

No, each ticket is for one person only. The exception is children 6 and under, who can enter with a parent or guardian.

The wait can vary significantly by day. You can ask our staff for an estimate when you arrive. On peak days when there is a line, we will be limiting attendees to 30 minutes each in the venue.

Please check in with staff at our shop to get a new ticket if you wish to re-enter the event. When there is a queue, we will not allow re-entry until the queue has cleared.

Please try to be at the event space when the ticket counter is around 10 numbers away from yours.

If you were not around when your number was called, let our staff know. You'll be the next to enter once there is enough space in the venue.

Yes, there is. Our bathroom is not wheelchair accessible, however; if you use a mobility device and cannot walk down a flight of stairs, please let our staff know so we can tell you about nearby alternatives.

Show your event ticket at Moments Cafe (1284 Washington St) from August 25 to August 31 to get 20% off your order.

This promotion does not apply to online orders.
